Ac was working properly, bed sheets, pillow covers and towel etc were dirty, no proper toiletries were except a small useless soap. Not advised to stay

Ac was not working even after complaining about it. Room was packed and no ventilation provision was there so without ac it was mes-arable experience. No toiletries, drinking water was provided.
